Communication skill is the only way to make everything possible.

There is a line which says “4 bidya 14 chutriyaie” meaning 4x knowledge and 14x cleverness

You have to have some sort of hunger / crave and infinitesimal ego to achieve the success. The hunger should be but shouldn't destroy you.

You must share knowledge as much as possible, it is the only way to growing others and yourself. If you share knowledge, your understandings expands and you will remember that thing again, because you just repeated it.

if you know many, but never make people they don't know anything. Always make them feel good/supportive/helpful. That is the only reason we are here.
